2. Dosage Information

Dosage varies based on individual health circumstances. Commonly, the initial dose is 180 mg, followed by a maintenance dose of 90 mg twice daily. It’s important to follow your healthcare provider’s instructions regarding dosage.

When taking Ticagrelor, follow these guidelines to ensure safe and effective usage:

2. With or Without Food: Ticagrelor can be taken with or without food. However, taking it consistently in relation to meals can help avoid gastrointestinal discomfort.
3. Swallowing the Tablet: Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablets, as this may affect the way the medication works.
